Our Founder

Lauren Crump Wilson specializes in leadership coaching, strategic planning, and nonprofit consulting, with expertise in stakeholder-focused messaging. She has co-designed professional fellowships, marketed multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects, created sustainable fundraising models, and served on boards in mental health, economic development, and the arts.

Drawing on her experiences in both engineering and entertainment, Lauren brings a blend of analytical and creative questioning to her work. She helps clients untangle complexity, reframe challenges, and expand their perspectives—often uncovering connections and opportunities they hadn’t yet recognized.

Lauren’s approach increases consideration—helping people recognize patterns, challenge assumptions, and lead with greater respect.

Clients describe her as deeply intuitive and honest in a way that invites growth.

One noted, “She anticipated every corner I tried to hide in and invited me out into the light.” Another shared, “Her coaching provided me with insight into how to coach my associates to identify the right answer or take ownership.”

Whether coaching a middle manager navigating corporate dynamics or a new CEO pivoting sectors, Lauren makes every engagement both transformative and actionable.

Lauren studied Industrial Engineering at Kettering University before completing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Education with a concentration in Leadership at Louisiana State University. She holds a Master of Arts in International Business and Policy and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching, both from Georgetown University.
